All staff will be working from home until Monday, 8th June at least. With our remote working technology, AllGifts staff will be handling calls, emails, and online chat as normal.
As staff won’t have access to all the printing and packing resources in our office, fulfillment of some items will be affected. Please read on to see what is affected and what is not.
Buying and Sending AllGifts Vouchers
You can still buy AllGifts.ie online during this time, though Voucher Gift Boxes will not be available. If you select Gift Box as your voucher format, we will contact you to offer you an eVoucher version instead.AllGifts eVouchers can be personalised with your gift message and instantly downloaded as a pdf for printing at home or can be emailed directly to your recipient (with an optional SMS alert to their mobile).
Buying and Sending Product Gifts
Product Gifts (like hampers, wine & champagne, flowers, baby gifts etc) are still available to buy and will continue to be delivered by courier for now. We are keeping in constant touch with our Product Gift suppliers and any changes to this will be updated on the Product Gift sections of the website immediately.Using your AllGifts Voucher
There are a number of different types of gifts you can use your AllGifts Voucher on-1. Physical Gift Cards
These include the likes of Dunnes Stores gift cards, Arnotts gift cards, Lifestyle Sport gift cards, and DID Electrical gift vouchers. Most of these will NOT be available to use your AllGifts voucher on for the duration of the lockdown. Specific information for each affected Gift partner will appear on their Gift Partner page on AllGifts.ie and by clicking here
2. Digital eGift Cards and Codes
These include retailers like Tesco, Currys/PC World, Penneys, Debenhams, Argos, IKEA, Amazon, TK Maxx, and online services like Ireland Hotels, Global Hotels, Ticketmaster, and Inspire Travel. All of these WILL be available to use your AllGifts voucher on during the lockdown. Digital orders are fulfilled within 72 hours of ordering on AllGifts.ie.
3. Experiences and Activities
These include the likes of Mondello Park, Abbeyfield Farm, Adventure001, Adventure Trails, EPIC Museum, Irish Whiskey Museum etc, as well as restaurants. While some of these businesses may be temporarily shut during the crisis, you can still support them by ordering or booking their experiences on AllGifts.ie for when they re-open. AllGifts.ie will then pay these Gift Partners in advance, which will help with their cash flow at this difficult time.
Corporate Orders
Digital corporate vouchers will not be affected during the lockdown (only printed vouchers will not be available).
